VIDEO: Fragrance World Extreme Aoud Review

Fragrance World Extreme Aoud Perfume ReviewHey guys welcome back. Let’s review Fragrance World’s Extreme Aoud. It opens sweet, oudy and green with citrus, rose and vanilla accords.

It literally smells like a distant cousin of Arabiyat’s Oud Al Layl but with a shit load of vanilla which is why I was once super obsessed with this perfume.

10 minutes in, it gains an airy leafy herbal accord as the vanilla settles into Mancera’s signature style vanilla accord which tends to come off boozy and chocolatey.

At a point, I concluded that Extreme Aoud was a green leafy herbal take on the Mancera’s Roses Vanille DNA

The dent in this perfume is enough to tell you how obsessed I was with it but over time I lost interest as it eventually started to dry down musky, spicy and metallic on my skin.

This musky spicy metallic choco-vanilla smell kicks in after about 1-2hrs of wear and sticks around till the perfumes dies off.

When the weather is hot and sweaty I find it quite unbearable though I can tolerate it in cold weather……Cold weather not cool weather.

Out of the box, this was hands down a unisex scent but 2 years later, it has totally switched to a feminine scent in my personal opinion and I say this as someone who once spent a huge chunk of his days in the midst of women.

If musky spicy metal is not your vibe, please stay clear of this one till you can at least sample it.

Bye guys.
