The 2008 Nigerian Public Service Rules is out and the 2021 version is in. According to the circular below, the Nigerian Civil Service Rules was revised amd approved by the Federal Executive Council on the 27th of September, 2021 and cleared for immediate implementation on the 27th of July 2023.
