My Top Blind Buy Worthy Hot Humid Summer Budget Friendly Perfumes

When the weather is hot and humid, I tend to avoid sweet fragrances as they get easily cloying on my skin. I have over 100 bottles of perfumes and here are my hot, humid summer friendly picks.

For men we have Fragrance World’s Brown Orchid Sapphire. This is a nice citrus, vetiver and patchouli scent with average performance said to be a clone of Gentlemen Only by Givenchy.

Vurv Mythos Supreme: This is a vetiver bomb with citrus, musk and woods. A dirt cheap Terre de Hermes dupe.

Number 2 by Maison Alhambra: Inspired by Carolina Herrera’s 212 Men. Citrusy, green, aromatic, herbal and somewhat grassy.

Lattafa’s Fakhar Black: Clean, fresh out of the shower vibes with some woods. A dupe for YSL Y EDP. But also has Paco Rabanne Invictus vibes.

Lattafa’s Najdia, Oud Najdia and Ard Al Zaafaran’s Al Sayaad: All inspired by the Paco Rabanne Invictus DNA. Fresh, woody, aquatic and mossy.

Le Gazelle Parfums Excess Black: I reviewed this many months back and thanks to one of you I can finally say it draws inspiration from K by Dolce & Gabbana. The same applies to Kingdom by Arabiyat MyPerfumes. Both are fresh, woody, shower gel like scents.

And finally we have Fragrance World Intense Man. This is a fresh, soapy, aquatic scent with some citrus.

For women we have Arabiyat’s Intense Musk and Supreme Musk by Bait Al Bakhoor. This is giving Lux Beauty Queen realness. Soapy, musky florals and patchouli though Supreme Musk is slightly sweet and citrusy.

Fragrance World Absolute Oud Magnificent 7. This is said to be inspired by YSL M7 Oud Absolu for Men but it smells like a summer friendly, powdery, makeupy oud for women.

Red Rose by Al-Rehab. This to my nose is a spot on dupe for Kenzo’s Flower. It’s giving slightly sweet, baby powder and rubber.

Versencia Essence by Maison Alhambra. A super airy, green, fresh spicy, scent inspired by Versace’s Versense with good longevity.

And finally in the unisex category we have Lattafa’s Breeze. A creamy, green, airy, fresh spicy, white floral which I reviewed many months ago. This leaned super feminine to my nose initially but many months later I now see how this is a perfect unisex scent.

F.A. Paris Accent Overpower. Allegedly inspired by Xerjoff’s Accento Overdose. This is a heavy, fresh, green floral with some aromatics like pine and eucalyptus.
